The tape is called "In Tune Wit My Star Player" and I think its a great body of work for me. Its been too long to recall when I dropped a solo mixtape. But Im here and Im going hard for the State of Carolina (North & South). I got my homie Paul Wall on there (H-Town stand up), my dawg Wes Fif from Orlando, of course the ExtraGrind Boiz is in the building. I got Wil Guice on there (writer for Usher and others), and I think any TrapSTAR fan will definitely appreciate this one. On another note, dont get too used to them songs cuz Im already preppin the DJ Chuck T mixtape, The Carolina Bailout, for a July release. Just wanted yall to know Im back and Im ready to go hard or go home! Shouts to all the independents in the world. Knowing your worth is far more important than your flow. Dont get mad at the rap game, besides its just a business. Make sure you add me to your My Space's, even though everyone proclaims My Space is dead. It was good to me so I wont just up and abandon it...

Blessings Coming Thru

Whats good world? I know its been a long time since I spoke to the public on here, but I've been super busy trying to get things in order for now. Now I have a outlet for this music. My songs about to hit radio today and Im excited and I got plenty of support from you guys. Big shouts out to Charlamagne the God for hooking me up and giving me that shot the kid been needing. 2009 IS UPON US

First off Happy New Year to everybody! I hope this year with a NEW PRESIDENT, MR. BARACK OBAMA, that we as Americans can go back to being a profitable country that embodies progression instead of recession. While we are truly blessed being that we have breath in our bodies and our freedon, we still need to see CHANGE. What are some of your New Year Resolutions?

I plan on re-dedicating myself to that crazy grind that has me known worldwide as well as legendary locally. I also plan on not adding to uncontrollable frustrations with my own foolish actions and petty grudges. Life is too short and there's no use in wasting it unhappy and fucked up.

As far as the music goes I'm gonna do a mixtape with DJ Spinatik. I'm probably gonna call it "Free Agency: The Big Offseason" I'm giving you all fair warning its gonna be a CLASSIC (not braggin, just being honest) There probably won't be too many features since that seems to be the trend lately. Expect my Grand Hustle Migo JR Get Money, da 15 year old future of the South JayR-15, my big homie BPT, Dem ExtraGrind Boiz, and I'm collaborating with a lot singers and artists on Hooks. So expect some hotness from me and of course THE ACADEMY on production. (Cas what up)

2009 expect me because I'm coming. There's still gonna be that Grand Hustle situation, but I still gotta brand EXTRAGRIND! Label deals are far, few, and non existent at this point so INDEPENDENT is the route for a INDIE LABEL right now. And a lead artist with a major situation to create the necessary exposure.

Been a little overwhelmed, sorry

Sorry folks I been a lil busy, stressed out feeling like Jeezy needing a vacation.
A lot has transpired, a black president, CONGRATULATIONS BARACK OBAMA! Jennifer Hudson's tragic situation, and just a lot of recession talk.

The world is going through a major transition phase and the old saying is true, "Its gotta get worse before it gets better, and right now its pretty bad." & as far as the Hudson situation I think its unfortunate for anyone regardless of fame should lose their family basically to a F*cked up crime. Especially the nephew because the child didnt deserve that at all. I have kids of my own and can't imagine the pain they're feeling.

On the music end things are picking up. Phone off tha Hook is doing great and we are mixing the follow-up single "Monopoly Money". Stay in tune wit me and add me to your favorites and keep up with me.

Another Night CLUBBIN in tha "A" Town

Whats good world? Star checking in again jus getting back from the "A" Town. Got a lot accomplished, I made it by DJ Drama and The Aphilliates studio and made sure I got some tracks in there hands. (What up SENSE) Rode out wit my lil homie J.R. Get Money to Club Miami for a performance. The joint was packed and their were women on their most I spent 1/2 my rent money to get ghetto fab...lol (JK)

J.R. did the hot new single "Nobody But U" Produced by Jim Jonsin. The crowd was diggin it and we're on our way to having a certified Club Anthem...
